The location of this property was perfect for my needs as I was taking the AMTRAK to NYC the next morning. The staff was very friendly and efficient and made me feel welcome. I had also taken them up on their suggestion to dine at their restaurant on the property and it was also a terrific experience.

Our room was 104. At times loud as we were next to the elevators. We looked out on a roof and 2 air conditioning units. It was hard to get ice. I had to go to the 7th floor and retrieve my own ice. The refrigerator in the room was warm.

We were there to see "Another Tequila Sunrise" an Eagles Tribute Band at the VET. It was amazing! The hotel was right next door. It was freezing, so the short 5 second walk was great! We loved being close to the venue.

beautiful building. comfortable room. the bed was good although the pillows were extremely flat.. need a change. parking was available via valet only.

Our initial room had a broken shower and they promptly moved us to a very nice room and gave us priviledges for the Club level. The staff were all very nice. The hotel bar/restaurant was also excellent. The location is the key - walking distance both to Brown (college hill) and a quaint downtown area. Also the train station is less than a 5 minute walk with hourly express trains to Boston.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom had excellent quality products and good shower. The bed was too soft, but the linens and comforter were very nice. The King size room was large, had a desk with chair and pull-out table plus a divan. Staff were friendly and helpful - they responded immediately to requests.

The Providence Renasssance is very close to the Shopping Mall, 5 minutes walk. The rooms are excellent, large and comfortable. Staying here was an excellent experience. All the hotel staff served us very well and with great courtesy, we will certainly return.

Location! close to Brown University campus for reunion events. Greeting at the door upon driving up and every time we returned. No fuss electronic registration. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs.
